On the crossroads of NJ 35, NJ 36, and Wyckoff Road (Route 547) in Eatontown, New Jersey, lies the enclosed, split-level Monmouth Mall retail area. Westminster Management is in charge of operations and is owned by Kushner Companies.

The mall, which has about 79 stores and a gross leasable area of 1,500,000 square feet (140,000 square meters), is the sixth-largest retail center in New Jersey. The mall is close to the Garden State Parkway at exits 105 and NJ 18, close to where the Eatontown Circle once stood.
Boscov's and Macy's are the mall's anchor retailers.
