Tourists enjoy this park on its 80 kilometers of hiking trails. Hiking on the Guadalupe Peak Trail will take you up to Guadalupe Peak, known as the "Top of Texas", at 8.751 feet above sea level. The park is typically filled with autumn colors from mid-October to mid-November, and the Fall Colors report from the park gives updates when a leaf is available.
