Cameo Island, also known as Agios Sostis, is a small rocky islet located off the southern coast of Zakynthos (Zante) in the Ionian Sea, Greece. Set in Laganas Bay, opposite the port of Agios Sostis, the island was separated from the mainland by an earthquake in 1633.

A charming wooden footbridge connects the island to the mainland, creating a unique and photogenic entrance.
