In the heart of White Plains, New York, lies a sizable mixed-use retail center called City Center at White Plains.

It has two 35-story residential skyscrapers called The Tower at City Place, as well as 600,000 square feet (60,000 m2) of retail space, dining options, entertainment venues, and parking areas. The White Plains Performing Arts Center is also a part of it. The building was formerly home to a fifteen-screen theater called Showcase Cinema de Lux, which was run by National Amusements until it closed in October 2023.
