The United States Midland, Michigan, is served by the enclosed retail center known as Midland Mall. Target, Fabulous Finds, Barnes & Noble, Dunham's Sports, and Planet Fitness are the mall's major retailers. It was first built in 1991. Sears used to occupy the fourth anchor location, but it is now vacant. The Kohan Retail Investment Group is in charge of managing the mall.
