Downtown Glendale, California, is home to the sizable, three-story Glendale Galleria, a regional retail mall and office building. After Lakewood Center and Del Amo Fashion Center, it is the third largest mall in Los Angeles County. It was built in 1976 and has 1.6 million square feet of retail space.

Since 2002, Brookfield Properties has owned and operated the mall. Being one of the top-grossing retail complexes in the country, it has regularly held that position.
JCPenney, Macy's, Target, and Zara are anchor retailers, along with Bloomingdale's and Dick's Sporting Goods.
