Towson Town Center | Shopping mall in Maryland

In Towson, Maryland, there is a sizable indoor retail center called Towson Town Center. Before the opening of Arundel Mills in Hanover in late 2000 and the expansion of Westfield Annapolis in 2007, it was the biggest indoor retail center in Maryland.

Built-in 1952 on land that Goucher College had originally sold, Towson Plaza is an outdoor shopping center. The Hutzler's store in Towson, which has since closed and been refurbished, was erected near Towson Plaza. One of the first multi-level retail malls was Towson Plaza.
