In Mary Esther, Florida, there is a retail center called Santa Rosa Mall. The main store, Dillard's, will close in 2023. Outside the mall, there is a 10-screen United Artists movie theater. The mall is owned by and managed by Stirling Properties.

In 1976, Jim Wilson & Associates developed the mall. In 1984, a wing anchored by McRae's was constructed, and in 2006, the shop changed its name to Belk. Gayfers, a mall anchor from the beginning, changed its name to Dillard's in 1998. In 1996, a carousel was put in place.
