Stretching more than 360 miles across the western edge of Oregon, the Oregon Coast Trail (OCT) takes in the sights, sounds and top attractions of the Oregon Coast.

From the mouth of the Columbia River at Fort Stevens State Park, the NEO heads roughly due south, connecting landmarks like Haystack Rock, Cape Perpetua, the Oregon Sand Dunes, and the Samuel H. Boardman Scenic Corridor.

While the trail sticks primarily to beaches, intrepid explorers on the OCT can expect to navigate forested headlands, take canister rides through estuaries, and follow the wide shoulder of US 101 during portions of the hike.
