To climb the mountain, steps are formed of stone, but getting to the top is still not easy - it’s very high. On the way, small pyramids of stones are regularly encountered. This is not part of the "decoration" - they were made by the tourists themselves. It is believed that leaving such a structure here will lure happiness and good luck. Even if you are skeptical about such beliefs, try it - an incredibly exciting process.

However, this is far from the most interesting thing in Bukhansan National Park. It is best to go for a walk accompanied by an instructor. What you will see in the mountains will for a long time settle in your heart admiration for this mysterious land. There are about a hundred Buddhist temples and several medieval mountain defensive fortresses here. The presence of the latter is explained simply - earlier Bukhansan was the northern border of Seoul, and often it was here that the city met the enemy.

All buildings fit perfectly into the local terrain, as if growing right out of the mountains. Only people who truly appreciate nature and live in harmony with it are probably capable of creating such a masterpiece.

Each season of the year changes Bukhansan, giving it a special charm. Therefore, even if you have already been here before, but came back to Seoul in a different season - go to the park - you will see a completely different place, and fall in love with it again. In spring, all the trees are covered with variegated fragrant flowers. Summer gives you the opportunity to walk through the green forest, inhaling the smell of warm pine needles.

Autumn, painting everything around in red and yellow colors, will create a miracle at all, emphasizing even more the unity of local nature and buildings that are painted in these warm shades. Well, in winter, the peaks covered with snow look like sleeping giants. All these landscapes make the heart beat faster, admiring this wonderful place again and again.
