One of the most impressive things on this coastal road is possibly the so-called "Rock Face". Local legend says that it is the face of a native Indian from the area, who was frozen in the same rock by an evil spirit. Other things that this beach and its surroundings offer us, is being able to see old buildings from the 19th century, a spectacular view of the entire coast, fishing, windsurfing and some places where you can eat whatever you want.

Perhaps one of the biggest claims of Bandon beach is being able to ride a horse on the beach itself. There are some stables located next to the beach where we can rent these animals both in the morning and at sunset. It is a great opportunity to take photos or record with our camcorder.

If you don't know how to ride a horse, the guides and stable employees are very helpful and willing to help. The prices are very reasonable, and although it is not cheap, it is worth having this experience.

In fact, many people visit Bandon beach exclusively for horseback riding, as prices are the most competitive on this entire part of the coast. All this, together with the magnificent beach and everything that surrounds the coast, is something that is not easily forgotten.
